What is the revision policy?
Two sets of revisions are provided at each stage of production. Additional revisions may incur extra costs, depending on the complexity. If you are not completely satisfied, two additional revisions are offered for free.
What happens in case of project termination?
If a client terminates a project before production begins, a full refund is provided. However, if termination occurs after the script stage begins, compensation for the team’s work is necessary. Once production starts, no refunds are given.
